ThinQa is an AI research and development project developed at the Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI), Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), Doha, Qatar. • Account & Contact Information: Name, work email address, institutional affiliation, and job role when you register or request a demo.
• Authentication Data: OAuth credentials provided through Google or GitHub sign-in providers.
• Usage & Generation Data: Prompts submitted, geometric generation parameters, and output preferences to facilitate prototype export.
• Technical & Analytics Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and session logs for security and performance optimization.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ThinQa synthesis platform.
• Authenticate your account and secure user workspaces.
• Respond to inquiries and fulfill scheduled technical walkthrough requests.
• Comply with legal and academic institutional obligations.

Note: We do not sell your personal data or use your proprietary design inputs to train public generative models without explicit authorization.

4. Sub-processors & Cloud Infrastructure

ThinQa utilizes Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (us-central1 region) for database, authentication, and web application hosting. Data transmission is secured using modern TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Access)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you retain rights to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
