1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ThinQa website, 3D Lab, and AI modeling services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Generated Output
- Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights in any prompts, parameters, or specifications you submit to ThinQa.
- Generated Designs: You are granted a non-exclusive license to inspect, download, modify, and fabricate 3D prototypes generated by your account for research, prototyping, and evaluation purposes.
- ThinQa Technology: ThinQa, its underlying algorithms, geometric kernels, database structures, and platform code are the proprietary intellectual property of Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) and its contributors.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ThinQa to:
- Generate geometry intended for hazardous, unlawful, or military weapons applications.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary weights and algorithms of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the cloud infrastructure.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all generated 3D models are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While ThinQa aims to produce fabrication-ready manifold geometries, physical printability, structural load capacity, and material performance must always be independently validated by certified engineers prior to critical use.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
